James Klein
Called To The Bar (ONTARIO) 1985

Since his call to the bar, James has gained extensive experience through over 20 years of practice involving all facets of litigation. James has appeared in all levels of courts in Ontario with particular emphasis on construction litigation, commercial litigation and receivership and insolvency matters. James is approved Law Pro defence counsel for errors and omissions claims against lawyers.
In addition to the practice of law, James has been involved in volunteerism for over 25 years. James has been on the board of directors of several Non profit organizations and been involved in human rights advocacy and international affairs.
